Our first step is to assign you a project manager that will be in charge of all aspects of your project from start to finish. This will be your main point of contact from this point on if you have any questions.
Your project manager will contact you immediately to set up a visit to your home to review your project with you before any materials are ordered. Additionally, the project manager will inspect the area and take measurements. We take this step to ensure quality assurance and that we have the correct materials and sizes for your project.
The most important thing during your project is timely communication. This is where other companies fail miserably. We aim to be in constant contact with you before, during, and after your project to keep you updated. We will use many forms of communication including phone, email, and text. You should never have to call us to ask us the status of your project.
Once all materials have been ordered, received, and inspected, we will schedule your job accordingly. It is our goal to install your job as soon as possible without compromising quality. We can work with your schedule to get your job completed.
Now it is time to complete the work. Our installation experts have done this before so no need to worry. They are professionals. We will protect existing areas as needed and we clean up after we are done by disposing of all debris.
Congratulations! Your project is complete, but we are not! We will meet with you on site to go over the project to ensure that you have been provided with your warranty information as well as answer any questions you many have.
